Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday:
- Dragons (ages:4 to 7): 5pm-5:30pm,
- Taekwon Do (all ages) 5:30-6:10
- Advanced Taekwon Do (invite only) 6:10-6:55
- Black Belt Club (invite only) 6:55-7:30
- Fridays All Martial Arts Class (cross-training) 5:30-6:30

Taekwon Do is commonly called TKD, Karate, American Karate, and has 3 distinct and significant spellings:
- Taekwon Do is the traditional style standardized by General Choi Hong Hi
- Taekwondo is the sport version of the style used in the Olympics
- Tae Kwon Do is the Americanized version commonly using that school’s created forms and techniques.
