Combined Wisdom Kung Fu
结合智慧 Jiéhé Zhìhuì or Combined Wisdom Kung Fu was created by Sifu Jay Smith. Sifu combined his 20+ years of martial arts training in various arts that include, Karate, Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Jujitsu, Boxing and Ninjitsu. Combined Wisdom Kung Fu is a street defensive art that can also be utilized in tournament. Its form is broken down into techniques, so that the practitioner understands and can utilize the movements in the form.
Taekwon Do is a Korean martial art. It is an effective weaponless art of self-defense but it is also a competitive sport and method of maintaining all round fitness.
